Q: How do I get a promotional code?
A: Participating corporations, organizations, and loyalty programs make promotional codes available to their members as a benefit or reward.
Q: Are there any limits on how many iCityCerts I may buy with my promotional code?
A: There is no limit on how many total iCityCerts you may buy, however you may only purchase up to three of any specific venue’s iCityCert.
Q: Can I use my iCityCert at any participating venue?
A: Each iCityCert is exclusive and valid only at the business featured on the card.
Q: When will my iCityCert be shipped to me?
A: All standard orders are shipped the following business day via USPS First-Class. Shipments are made Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays. For optional Next-Day shipping, orders must be received before 3 PM EST.
Q: What is the iCityCerts return policy?
A: Certificates may be returned for a refund within 10 days of purchase date. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return instructions are included in each order.
Q: Is there a minimum amount I have to spend at the participating vendors in order to use my iCityCert?
A: There is no minimum purchase required, and your entire bill may be covered by the amount of the iCityCert.
Q: Can I use my iCityCert for more than one visit?
A: The full value of the iCityCert must be used in one visit and you will turn in your card when you pay. If your purchase is less than the value of your iCityCert, the remaining balance is forfeited.
Q: Is there an expiration date on iCityCerts?
A: Yes. The expiration date is indicated on the face of the certificate and is typically six months from the date the certificate was issued to you.
Q: Do I need to inform the venue that I will be using my iCityCert when I make my reservation or book my appointment?
A: No. These certificates may be used just like cash and are simply presented when paying your bill.
Q: Are there any limitations on how iCityCerts can be used?
A: iCityCerts may be used to make purchases either for the specific service(s) described on the card or up to the face value of the card. However, they may not be used for sales tax or gratuity, which must be paid for separately. ICityCerts are typically limited to one per party per visit. Specific limitations are detailed on the website as well as on the iCityCerts cards themselves.
